Triple Chocolate Dessert - á la Black Forest style
1 sachet Dr.Oetker Triple Chocolate Cream
150 ml cold milk
100 ml Törley Angelli cream liqueur Cioccolato-Cherry
1 bottle of pitted sour cherry
Remove the juice from 1 bottle of pitted sour cherry.
Pour the measured cold milk and the liqueur into a high-wall mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and start mixing it by using a kitchen robot mixer, first slowly, then faster until we reach a creamy condition (for about 2 minutes). Add 2 tablespoons of sour cherries to the ready cream and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Before serving, place the remaining sour cherry into a deep glass bowl and pour the triple chocolate cream on the top of the sour cherry.
